RE: Coconut Puli Pitha recipe tutorial. Dear culinary lovers, today's recipe is for you.

Pitha resembles our Empanada, appearance-wise. I'm amazed there are no fillings. I didn't anticipate that; I thought the sweetened grated coconut would be put inside the dough roll as fillings, but I was wrong. lol

Our Empanada looks exactly the same, but it has fillings, either veggies or meat, sometimes cooked noodles are put inside. Pitha looks more like a dumpling rather than a bread with meat or veggie fillings inside.

Many times we are very attentive while making a recipe but we do it by mistake. But I try to make this recipe very carefully. I work very carefully when I heat the oil. Although it took a while to design and shape the pitha beautifully. I am happy to know that you like to eat it with different things including noodles or meat.
