I checked the recent posts of the PAKX official Hive account as well as its #HiveEngine transactions page, where I found out that it is not a tipping token, but rather a curation project (as well as an income token like you said just there). ๐คฏ๐ค
That may have been the case when it officially launched, though it is very much a tipping token, as I see it used quite often. ๐๐๐โจ๐ค
