I mean that many people also think that various things are harmless to them, or even worse are good for them, with the reality being the complete opposite. That happen more than I'd care to say. 😁 🙏 💚 ✨ 🤙

I would say that one of the many examples of that fact is that people eat "healthy" foods (and drink "healthy" beverages), though the real health benefits and risks can often (but not always) be discovered by simply looking at the list of ingredients. 🧘‍♂️🤯🤓
