From Wikileaks USAID financed more than 6,200 journalists from 707 media outlets and 279 ngo media groups. This includes 90% of the media in Ukraine. Also it has been revealed USAID paid celebrities to visit Ukraine. $5 m for Sean Penn, $20 m for Angelina Jolie for example.
