I think your last post is doing pretty good, I can't help you with the daily upvotes as I don't upvote Peoples every post and I upvote posts that I love, like photography, stories, silver or gold etc.
I gave you a upvote and you are really good at your guitarr. But I do love your posts about your job, fishing pictures and such.
I am all about photography so that is what I love reading and upvote.
Have you gotten any help yet?

Well don’t get stuck in the upvote thing... You need to know that to grow big you need to give it time.
To deligate to someone to upvote your every post, that is not going to help you and not get bigger accounts to see you.. As you said you want. But If you are serious about your posts then you need to get help to improve them, let them know you ready to work on your posts and write a little, show you ready to do the work.
To just post a video with no words to me personally.. Not something I vote on as for a post with only a picture with no words.. Never vote on them eather.
People vote on those who they see work hard on their posts and that shows their passion.
You need to start doing that and not get stuck on getting all your posts upvoted.. Nothing is free my friend.
I really hope you find the help you need and I do like your posts with pictures and about your work as that is more personal and you let us know about you 😉 just my thoughts.
