You are so right. Human activities/communication should not be automated. Technology is good but misusing it is what makes it bad. There are those who needs money to survive and instead of giving them the job, they prefer taking it to AI to help. Though, it may be good sometimes, but we shouldn't depend on it much to the extent that we disregard humans interaction too.
