Life is beautiful. Despite how things might go wrong, it still calls for gratitude to God because one thing I vividly and faithfully believe is that God is always working and even when I don't see it yet, when the time comes, it will happen. This assurance has kept me going.
Last Friday and at night, I found myself so depressed. I cried and looked up to God, questioning why things were happening the way I didn't expect, but after a few hours, I wiped my tears and slept. I woke up the next day, which was yesterday and on a weekend, and it felt as if nothing ever happened.
I felt so energetic and motivated. It made me wonder how, one minute, you feel sad and the next, you feel happy. Our emotions are so unique, but above all, I learnt last week that we could actually control our emotions and feelings. So, if we want to feel happy, it's all on us and if it's the other way around, it's still on us.

The weekend went so fast, and before I knew it, the day had ended. I slept late but woke up very early this morning. I opened my eyes to the bright morning and as I jumped up from bed after checking my time, I did my morning devotion (I never miss this daily).
I still had two hours before going to church. I quickly went into the kitchen to fill in the buckets with some water as the solar had just pumped the storex in the building for every tenant to make use.
I immediately filled my big 160-litre bowl and washed the hand basin and water closet in the bathroom. I did a soft washing of the floor as I already washed it during the week, went into the kitchen to fill the bottles with boiled water and boiled another one. At that moment, my phone was playing some nice gospel songs, and I was singing along and dancing to it.
I took my bath using the shower and got prepared for church. I was running late, so I didn't have the time to take pictures. But when I returned back, I quickly did and the pictures turned out so beautiful. I took other random pictures (those are above), and when I got inside, I prepared my lunch (white rice) and ate to my satisfaction.

I am actually prepared for the week and yes, I want to do my best. I believe it's going to be a wonderful one, and more so, my younger sister will be finishing her 300-level first-semester examination on Wednesday, and she would be coming to my place, and I can't wait to host her. Happy new week, guys.
