Hello everyone from a cold and rainy week! It rained almost all week and it was always cold. I was careful not to catch a cold and get sick. Because I can say that I just got rid of the flu that I caught last week. It was a sweet fuss. How are you? I hope you are well and had a good week.
I did a restaurant review last month, and then I decided to turn it into a series. Today I am here to share the third post of the series. I don't know why, but I get excited when I write reviews like this. I think talking about a good memory motivates me more. At least I think so.
There is a mall about 20 minutes walk from my house. I usually meet here with my friends who are close to my location. The top floor is just catering companies and there are lots of options. KFC is where we go most often. In other words, today we will examine the branch of a fast-food concept restaurant chain that I go to the most. Don't be fooled by the fact that I go here often. That doesn't mean I won't give negative reviews. It means that I will make negative criticism especially :D.
Three of us went here and two of my friends bought the same menu. I took the menu I always take. I don't know why, but I guess I'm pretty obsessed with food. I said the same thing in my post last week. I always order the same things. Someone please get me out of this situation immediately. lol.
My friends ordered something called the "Bucket Menu". So they had 4 packets of fries. There are many options when it comes to fast food. But when I think of fast food, for some reason, french fries come to mind first. I think this is related to the marketing strategies of the brands. They are quite successful at this. Anyway, love the fries <3.
We bought a few different sauces alongside our menus. Frankly, this is a classic situation for us. We couldn't eat here without the sauces. We think that the more sauces, the better :D.
This is KFC's most famous sauce. It's called "Gravy Sauce". I don't think it has any features. It tastes like chicken broth. But my friends love this sauce for some reason. I will never understand them about this. Just "Why?" I can say and pass.
Of course, this was the state of our table after all the sauces and orders. It may seem like a very complicated image to you. You are right to think that because everything was so complicated. I can say that we had a hard time fitting into the table. lol.
These are the sauces I mentioned "a few" before. You know minimalism is the savior. lol.
This is the main part of that menu that my friends ordered together. There was a lot of chicken in this bucket and KFC's special bread called "Biscuit". These breads are really delicious. Also the menu they ordered was appetizing. But I was very happy with Coleslaw in my menu :D.
That's all my reviews about the food. I think it was all very tasty. Also, it was all very hot. This is a great detail. Tables were clean. However, there are much better KFC branches in Istanbul. "KFC is same everywhere, isn't it?" Don't think so. If you could see the difference between the branch in this article and the branch in İstinye Park, you would agree with me :D. My rating for restaurant is 7/10.

Soğuk ve yağmurlu bir haftadan herkese merhaba! Neredeyse tüm hafta yağmur yağdı ve hava her zaman soğuktu. Üşütüp hasta olmamak için dikkat ettim. Çünkü geçen hafta yakalandığım gripten daha yeni kurtuldum diyebilirim. Tatlı bir telaştı. Sizler nasılsınız? Umarım keyfiniz yerindedir ve güzel bir hafta geçirmişsinizdir.
Geçen ay restoran incelemesi yapmıştım ve daha sonra da bunu bir seri haline getirmeye karar verdim. Bugün de serinin üçüncü yazısını paylaşmak için buradayım. Nedenini bilmiyorum ama bu tarz inceleme yazıları yazarken heyecanlı oluyorum. Sanırım güzel bir anımdan bahsetmek beni daha fazla motive ediyor. En azından böyle olduğunu düşünüyorum.
Evime yaklaşık 20 dakikalık yürüme mesafesinde bir alışveriş merkezi var. Konumumun yakın olduğu arkadaşlarımla genellikle burada buluşuyorum. En üst kat sadece yemek şirketlerinden oluşuyor ve birçok seçenek var. Bizim burada en sık gittiğimiz yer KFC. Yani bugün sizlerle bir fast-food konseptli restoran zincirinin en çok gittiğim şubesini inceleyeceğiz. Buraya sıklıkla gitmem sizi yanıltmasın. Bu olumsuz eleştiri yapmayacağım anlamına gelmez. Özellikle olumsuz eleştiri yapacağım anlamına gelir :D.
Buraya üç kişi gittik ve iki arkadaşım aynı menüyü satın aldılar. Bense her zaman aldığım menüyü aldım. Neden bilmiyorum ama yemek konusunda sanırım çok takıntılıyım. Geçen haftaki yazımda da aynı şeyi söylemiştim. Sürekli aynı şeyleri sipariş ediyorum. Biri beni bu durumdan hemen kurtarsın lütfen. lol.
Arkadaşlarım "Kova Menü" denilen bir şey sipariş ettiler. Bu yüzden 4 paket patates kızartmaları vardı. Fast-food denilince birçok seçenek var. Ama fast-food diyince benim aklıma nedense önce patates kızartması geliyor. Sanırım bu markaların pazarlama stratejileri ile alakalı bir durum. Bu konuda oldukça başarılılar. Her neyse,patates kızartmasını sevin <3.
Menülerimizin yanında birkaç tane de farklı sos satın aldık. Açıkçası bu bizim için klasikleşmiş bir durum. Soslar olmadan burada yemek yiyemez hale geldik. Soslar ne kadar çoksa o kadar iyi olur gözüyle bakıyoruz :D.
Bu da KFC'nin en bilindik sosu. İsmi "Gravy Sos". Bence hiçbir özelliği yok. Tadı tavuk suyuna benziyor. Ama arkadaşlarım nedense bu sosa bayılıyor. Onları bu konuda hiçbir zaman anlayamayacağım. Sadece "Neden?" diyip geçebiliyorum.
Tabii ki bunca sos ve siparişten sonra masamızın hali bu durumdaydı. Size çok karışık bir görüntüymüş gibi gelebilir. Bunu düşünmekte haklısınız çünkü her şey çok karışıktı. Masaya sığmakta zorlandık diyebilirim. lol.
Az önce birkaç adet diye bahsettiğim soslar da bunlar işte. Bilirsiniz minimalizm kurtarıcıdır. lol.
Bu da arkadaşlarımın birlikte sipariş verdikleri o menünün ana parçası. Bu kovanın içerisinde bir sürü tavuk ve KFC'nin "Biscuit" denilen özel ekmeğii vardı. Gerçekten bu ekmekler çok lezzetli. Ayrıca sipariş verdikleri menü de iştah açıcıydı. Ama ben kendi menümdeki Coleslaw ile çok mutluydum :D.
Yemekler hakkında değerlendirmelerim bu kadardı. Bence hepsi çok lezzetliydi. Ayrıca hepsi de çok sıcaktı. Bu harika bir detay. Masalar temizdi. Ancak İstanbul'da bundan çok daha iyi KFC şubeleri de var. "KFC her yerde KFC değil mi ya?" diye düşünmeyin. Bu yazıdaki şube ile İstinye Park'daki şube arasındaki farkı görseydiniz siz de bana hak verirdiniz :D. Mekana puanım 7/10.
