That seems like a very nice project. I haven't been to an urban forest, but the idea is nice. I have seen a lot of nature being destroyed to be replaced by buildings and cities, so this is a nice change. I hope they used different types of trees for variety.

Cool. It would have been nice if they also used different aged trees as well. I have read somewhere that different heights of trees mimic actual forests better. They provide different heights and vantage points for animals, and they let more sunlight through to the ground.
Now that you've written this you've reminded me of something else. Now the plants are all small, but when I read the labels I noticed that they are of various kinds, perhaps for the very reason you say. Thanks for this comment
