I really like how the black and white just strips the image down. Without the vibrant colors, you are just left to appreciate the form of the object, and the shadows. The lack of distracting color makes the focus of the image pop out more. Those are wonderful pictures.

        That's a good way of putting it, strips down. The eye and brain isn't fooled or distracted by colour and perhaps looks deeper because of it. Well said, and thanks for your favourable comment.
