Hello Everyone in the Cycling Community 🚲❤️,
Hope your Day is going fine.
Its quite sometimes now i visited this amazing community.
From the start of this year, i have been very lazy, always every time, i move around town by riding my Bajaj Motorcycle. moving Around with motorcycles feels quite easy to
move around the areas and places around My Local Government, especially Here in Benue state, where the roads are bad and a lot of reckless car drivers moving around.
Today i decided to do better, by riding my bicycle, especially when am going for journeys that are not very far from Home and work.
One of My Goals for this New year is Regular Exercising and Calisthenics.
It is No surprise that Riding of Bicycles is on my Number one priority, since my Bicycle is ready then am also good to go. I remember it was last week Thursday, i did a little Jogging around my Neighborhood, i was so tired after Jogging for thirty minutes, i feel very refreshed and renewed. This same effects i have whenever i ride bicycles. I feel very refreshed and Healthy.
My Cycling Experience ( Journey to a Neighboring Town)
So Today, i woke up around 6am in the Morning, took my bathe and then i went for early morning prayers in my local Church., And by 7:00am, i started my journey, as you can see, i carried my Bottle waters, Handkerchief and some extra cash with me, should in case there is a need to buy something during the Journey.

During My riding, this Afternoon, i got very tired and i stopped by the side of the road to drink some water and clean my very sweaty face.
I also quickly check the tires to make sure the tire is okay. And also all the parts are functioning well..
After confirming that all the parts have worked , i continued cycling till i reached where i was going..
I got to where am going aeound 9:00am in the morning, that was almost 1 hours: 30 minutes time of cycling. At the End of My Cycling exercises, i was super tired, i had to go and take my bath and then rest, it was an amazing cycling experience. Our Roads is so bad, i had to take an extra precautions because I didn't put on my Helmet and other protective wears.
What are the Advantages of Cycling
Cycling has a lot benefits to the Health, one major benefits is that its helps you to lose weight, this is no rocket science as cycling requires enough energy to pedal the bike and flexibility to be stable , your reflexes are always at work.
Cycling can also help you strengthen your legs, whenever you ride bicycles, you get strength to strengthen your lower body, your legs included too.

Cycling is environmental Friendly, since there is no form of smoke or deadly gases being exhausted for the part of Bicycles unlike the Motorcycles that does that.
