So true, All of my colleagues go to bed much later, my sleep pattern is roughly from 10 pm to 5:30 - 6am, so it's good to read that's a healthy thing 😁I just don't know any other way, it's not always a nice thing to be awake at these hours, also in the weekends, but it gives me time to do things before the rest of the house wakes up 🙂sleep well and have a great day!
