I remember 6 years ago, when I started using a skincare routine, especially using 10-step skincare. It was quite troublesome, but I did it to look beautiful. The changes in my skin changed many times over. My skin used to be dull, but after 3-4 months of treatment, my skin was bright.
At that time, I started using double cleansing, after that, I used a scrub, and after showering I used toner, essence, serum, moisturizer, and sunscreen. But it only lasted for a few years. I no longer practice double cleansing because I remember the time. In the morning I am often busy with work, so I removed it.
In the last two years, I have bought a sunscreen that contains moisturizer. This really helps me avoid using many skincare steps. For the past two months, I have replaced the serum with a sheet mask that I use every week. I use the remaining essence in the serum the following days. Then, what skincare do I use in the morning?
In the morning, I only use toner and sunscreen. Well, for the night, I use retinol serum to improve my pores. After a few years of using 10-step skincare, I started to minimize its use. Why? Because every time I have to go out of town, I need to bring a lot of skincare. It gives me quite a lot of space in my bag.
If I go far and for a long time, it makes me dizzy. What is the impact on my face by reducing the skincare steps? It is not too significant on my face. I finally know, about the need for facial skin only. Especially my facial skin type which tends to be normal.
Even though acne appears, it is not due to facial conditions. Acne is caused by stress. So, I need to neutralize my stress levels. My skincare box finally doesn't have much space. I can minimize it especially when traveling. That's all I can tell, see you in my next story.
