The thing is a two way something...some come out to be a changed person..some actually feel remorseful during their prison days , reflect and change while some come out to continue from where they stopped. I wish there's a way to determine those that wouldn't change so they can remain there, however the way the prison is unkept always is a concern... looking like a place where pigs lives
