Humans can sometimes be unconcerned about their health, especially when they lack the resources to seek treatment at a hospital

That's true about some persons, you see, implementing this requires that the government comes in and take up the bill if they want people to comply. In Saudi Arabia...all citizens are entitled to medical treatment including major surgeries

Also, aspect of the jail time or being fined when one fails to undergo the compulsory medical check is a complete nonsense, lol. It's against the fundamental human rights. You can't jail someone because he didn't go for a compulsory health check, but there are other ways to enforce it and see that people take advantage of the good idea for an improved health

Mama Nkem, this system probably wouldn't work in Nigeria. I trust us, we’ll find a way around it. The concept is good, but punishing people is just unfair.
