I like this idea. Just as we take a day to clean, to take out of the closet the clothes we no longer need, so should we do with the feelings that become an inner burden. Usually I, before going to sleep, review what has happened during the day. Sometimes there are feelings that are still in some corners, taking up space. The ideal would be to remove everything that does not nourish, that does not contribute, that does not help. Excellent publication. Greetings
