Yellow tends to be a pretty mellow and pleasing color. Its simple but can be tough to expose. I do find though that flowers of this color tend to be quite photogenic, whether they be simple or more complex. They can be great for spotting details, and also insects tend to stand out more when they are on flowers like these. The backgrounds of yellow can also be appealing, especially when mixed with green, which gives a nice contrast.
