Hello everyone, it's been awhile since I last made a crochet project, and also posted in this amazing community, and I'm glad to share this beautiful Crochet Flower Scrunchie with you all .
This is a very simple pattern and very beginner friendly. I used less than an hour to make this, and I'm not too fast at crocheting myself. I used navy and white because those were the only leftover yarns I had in the house.
I'm really glad with how it finally came out.
I tried adding pink, but I thought it was looking weird, so I had to use just white.
I had so much fun making this since it's been awhile 🤗
Image was edited by me using Canva. My sis inlaw sat pretty for me while I took these pictures 😊, she's the sweetest❤️
Materials
Yarn(navy blue,white)
3.5mm hook
Scissors
Darning needle
Rubber band
Step 1
Make a slip knot and then attach your yarn to your band. Sc (single crochet) until you've covered the band completely. Once you get to the end, sl st, and join both ends together.
Step 2
Ch 1, skip 1 st, 1sc. Chain one, skip one loop, and on the next slip stich. Repeat this pattern all the way around. End this with ch 1, sl st.
Step 3
Cut your yarn and then make a slip knot and attach your coloured yarn. Sc and ch10. On the chain, skip the first and pass through the 9 and pull through all at the end.
( Use the image for reference).
Once you pull all nine, sc into the same loop. On the next loop sc, ch10 and repeat the same pattern until you go round.
And voila your crochet Scrunchie is ready for use.
