Great week everyone.

Thanks to @wesphilbin for these Thursday interactions bringing topics to reflection of how the world is, how we see it, how we live even though it's fast-paced in certain ways.

How do you make sure you stay connected with others? How might you help someone to keep the reflection alive?

This topic brings to my mind that even though we live in a century that the speed of the internet tool that began or we began to know it as part to streamline certain processes in the workplace today we see the big wave that we have on top, for many it is the best for others like me I consider that we must know how to use it to not let it surround us in a way that can cause certain types of disorders in our daily lives.

Despite all the technological advances, the human being remains in its essence as an actor on a stage with many possibilities. He maintains his essence as I expressed before in his world of thoughts, feelings and emotions that way to continue being human in spite of everything that surrounds us.

Being connected because from the concept of spirituality we are all one and somehow the connection is there, we just have to learn to feel it, being this the part that technology is covering. Feeling our body, what is inside us, how we can stay connected through feelings, friendship ties, family ties that even if we are miles away for different reasons, we can feel the presence.

It seems that people do not reflect, although I have been surprised these days by the reflections that have been transmitted to me. In this regard, I think that letting people flow in their way through life is an important issue because each experience is a learning experience that is not given by technology but by the magic of coexistence, saying what we think and listening carefully to others, being in the same line that the Universe wants us to see things about how to manage ourselves, that is an important connection.

When is someone telling me: I have had situations that on the one hand do not give me the time and then other opportunities about the same subject, it is something that is telling me either you do it or you do it, that is how the Supreme Being wants it, he is taking me by the hand and taking me to where he wants me to go or follow that path. This is a spiritual connection, of awakening to that which we want or have not yet realized is what makes us feel good.

To help someone keep the reflection alive I like to listen without interrupting when they do the presentation, I think that is the best thing to do. Listen attentively.

I have been dwelling on these thoughts quite a bit myself lately and trying to write some things down. What you say here also reminds me of something I was listening to recently about just being in quiet with our own self and thoughts for a bit each day in order to reconnect with and understand ourselves truly so that we aren't just led along by everything around us doing only what we think we're supposed to be doing, but not actually making any connections with anyone.

Hello, @minismallholding
Very true, to sit and listen to yourself is very healthy, without thinking, to let come what must come.
When I do this, I use understanding and acceptance; without judgement.

Greetings

What an insightful post this is. Your view to this prompt. Is encouraging.

Yes, @amiegeoffrey it is something that over the years we realize, to find the peace we are looking for...to understand, to accept, to listen, without judgments.

Thank you for the insightful message.

Thanks @rufajane to you for giving value to my post, for reading my reflections.
Greetings
