This is a factual statement, this is one of the countries we hear preachings from health practitioners cause of incompetence and I blame the educational sector to an extent, we don't have sophisticated equipments and to make matters worst our learned doctors and professors in the university are getting bribes both in cash and in kind to give students fake grades.

At the end, we have incompetent graduates who don't even trust their capabilities and knowledge to perform the practical aspect of what their certificate claimed they studied. Once it health related, we just have to do the needful to stay healthy.
