Not Everything Should Be A I Manipulated

It's not bad that almost everything now is automated to make life easier and reduce human workload but at the same time, there are some things needed to be considered before getting things automated. If the effect weighs more than the negatives, then it can be considered okay but if the reverse is the case, then humans should take up the duty.

One thing I feel should never be automated that has been automated is ovulation and menstrual health apps. I wouldn't want to start mentioning names of apps of this kind but so many of them are not controlled by bots.

These apps are designed with the sole aim of helping the females in tracking menstrual cycle ovulation. Although most of them try to predict, chatting with a bot and programming a bot to respond to humans gives me strong detest in spending my time trying to log some personal information in the name of trying to get a solution. We all have different ways we experience our cycles every month, and an app that is automated is bound to mislead and give out wrong information.

An automated app can be accurate with data and all but emotional accuracy is zero to a human interaction to fellow humans. A I can't understand emotions that come with menstrual periods. The prediction of the next day might be completely right and sometimes wrong but it won't know about the discomforts that come with it. Without complete understanding, it becomes difficult to offer advice and answer unprogrammed questions correctly and all chat would lack emotional support.

I remember one day, I was chatting with A I in one of the apps, and as our chats progressed, I got angry when I got responses that that were close either related which caused me to end the chat, I was like what would happen to so many other questions that I have and from my experience, some of the programmed chats were not in anyway related to my cycle.

I just feel an automated system isn't the best option in things that involve humans' health. A fellow human with experiences would go deeper into providing answers and offering some reasons behind whatever might be the cause but an automated response can only provide users with what it has been programmed to offer.

I can't even imagine going through some emotional stress or physical pain due to the fact that I need someone who I feel to be an expert without needing to visit the hospital. The fastest and easiest way to get that help is through apps that are health related and I end up not getting what I want. A woman would easily know an advice to offer but A I won't know and that would be where the chat.

The emotional toil women go through on a monthly basis requires human to human interaction rather than chatting with AI that has limited information and only gives out what has been given.

Though I'm not a female, but I feel to understand the angle you are coming from.
AI is good but not to be used in some cases. I really love this week's prompt. It makes us think and observe what we need and what we don't need in our environment.

That's is why it is programmed. It can not even come close to feeling or describing how humans feel. It only reacts based on the information it is fed with.
The thing here is that AI can not effectively carry out certain human actions, particularly those requiring emotional, mental, and, to some extent, physical activity.

Human interaction and emotional support are indeed crucial in health-related matters. GREAT POST!
