A bit different from my picks so far, this week I'll go with (Rock) Superstar by Cypress Hill. I mentioned many times I'm more into rock and metal, but there are a few old school hip hop bands I used to really like with Cypress Hill being one of them, possibly my favorite (probably will bring more Cypress Hill songs to this contest). So when they came up with that double album Skull and Bones in the early 2000s, with the second disc entirely rap metal, that was perfect for me! Back to the song, even the (Rap) Superstar version had a great track, but when they added the guitars on it, that's just the extra oomph it needed, best of both worlds! Both hip hop fans and metalheads can jam to that tune. And of course, B-Real unmistakable delivery is as good as ever. Anyways, that song always makes me want to jump and mosh! Not going to link it here, but there's a live version with Chino Moreno from the Deftones, terrible sound and image quality, but so much energy!!
