I think it is the mother energy is protecting the world from destruction. Look we are inside the womb and surrounded by water energy! Her soul is shining above us and causing a relief on the soils of humans. Just across the earth there is a watchdog, keeping time for us to live our days! I am sure that the arrow will not reach to us, instead it will slow down and fall to the bottom.
