Song "I don't want to miss a thing" (Aerosmith)
I love science fiction movies.... they transport me to fantastic worlds where there is no limit to imagination, where anything is possible and the unrealizable can be created.....
Armageddon for me is one such film; the science fiction in this film is about a hypothetical catastrophic event set in our world in the present day.
the beginning scene
Armageddon tells by mixing action, suspense, drama and romance, the story of a group of drillers, to be exact the best drillers on the planet, who are recruited by NASA to accomplish a mission: to destroy a huge asteroid on a collision course with Earth.
The best driller on the planet scene
The film is a thrilling and immersive, almost real-world experience that engages the viewer in an adrenaline-fueled fight against time.
Grace and Harry scene
The space scenes are spectacular and realistic, thanks to Bay's special effects and dynamic direction.
This is the launch scene; one of the most exciting and spectacular in film history; the two space shuttles, Freedom and Independence, ignite and huge rocket thrusters launch them skyward with a deafening roar. The music becomes epic and dramatic, while the images show the determined and concerned faces of the protagonists, who are the only hope for humankind.

Lev Andropov The Russian Cosmonaut
There is a strong human component, an empathy that is felt by the relationships between the characters, particularly between team leader Harry Stamper played by Bruce Willis and his future son-in-law A.J. Frost ( Ben Affleck), who vie for the love of Harry's daughter Grace the beautiful Liv Tyler.
A.J. and Grace scene
The director of NASA, on the other hand, is Dan Truman, played by an intense and passionate Billy Bob Thornton.
But the stellar cast does not stop there:
Will Patton as Chick Harry's best friend and one of the drillers;

Steve Buscemi as Rockhound, the eccentric and perverse genius of Harry's team; William Fichtner as Colonel Sharp, the commander of the shuttle Freedom; and many more.....
The very famous and engaging soundtrack song to which everyone connects Armageddon is "I Don't Want to Miss a Thing" by Aerosmith.
The Willy the Coyote maneuver scene from the movie Armageddon is one of the funniest and most spectacular in the film. It involves a docking maneuver between the two shuttles to the asteroid by exploiting the action of the propulsive thrust of the rockets combined with lunar gravity will cause a slingshot effect that will catapult them the 2 shuttles are propelled The name of the maneuver is a reference to the famous cartoon character Willy the Coyote, who often engages in daring and unsuccessful feats,
using rockets and other objects from the ACME company.
Rockhound scene "willy Coyote scene"
(cit.Rockhound: Ah, yes, I remember this: it's when Willy the Coyote puts his ass in a big slingshot and straps himself hugged to an ACME missile. Is that pretty much what we're going to do? Harry Stamper: Rockhoud... Rockhound: No no no really, because that didn't work out so well with the Coyote......)
Armageddon is a vibrant, exciting, adrenaline-fueled film full of courageous, heroic, and other moving scenes that engage the viewer and immerse him or her in the depths of the film making it feel like a real event.
Because I am a genius scene
The dramatic impact of the shuttle Freedom scene
Luv, on the other hand, is the only Russian Astronaut, he says, who saves you Americans' asses...hehehe, what does Lev come up with when an armadillo's rockets on an asteroid have frozen.... here is one of the most famous lines from the movie
Luv Hero of Russia scene
Armageddon is a film that keeps you in suspense until the very end, and when I watch it again it seems so real as an event that I am moved every time.
