I learned a long time ago that our general health is never a quick fix, be patient and methodical yet don't give up on first options that are non-drug solutions like diet, food choices, activity, meditation, even turning off your phone at least an hour before bed time(this is what I have to do). ❤️

I know that now, as I experience it this year. Its hard, can really take time and just pushing yourself to do it is not that effective too. I don't take any drugs coz its still manageable. Just a baby step, i'll do it slowly ❤️
