Hello, travelers! Our final stop to the of town Banská Štiavnica .
Walking to the town is our last destination. First we visited the Botanical Garden in Banská Štiavnica. It is located in the centre of the town, near the Forestry high school, eastward from the Town hall square and the Square of Trinity. The town is recorded in the UNESCO list.
According to Google:
The Mining Academy or Mining Academy was an academy founded in Banská Štiavnica between 1762 and 1770, when Maria Theresa issued the statute of the school called the Mining Academy.
The founder of the botanical garden in Banská Štiavnica is Rudolf Feistmantl , a professor of forestry, who secured the purchase of the building called Fortúna and adjacent land for the needs of the Forestry Institute in 1838. He planted the first trees on these lands in 1838–1839.
While walking to the garden, the place is so calm. You can hear the rustling breeze of the leaves. We were mesmerized by those giant trees, it touched the sky. My daughter says, it's the biggest tree ever, mama. So big, so huge. From that thing, I saw how she was captivated with the beauty of nature.
We continue to explore the botanical garden, the mining building. One lady is standing under the trees. She wears a costume and she's pretty. My husband asked her, what you doing outside and your clothes its not proper. She feels cold too. She replied, they have an activity for kids. Other ladies are standing on the other trees. I ask permission if they have a photo of my daughter together. And she said yes. The lady kindly offered to take a photo of us as a family, of course we say to capture the moment.
Explore the stunning architecture. It's timeless beauty and full of history.
While we're enjoying the peaceful environment. Our little girl is complaining already. She's hungry and her eyes are asking for food. I love to take her photos but she's not in the mood.
We headed to the town and searched for a restaurant to eat.
My husband was driving to the town and looking for a parking area. And he found a spot and there was a fee needed to pay. And while walking I couldn't resist taking videos and photos. 😍

We ate at Reštaurácia U Böhma. The food is delicious and the place is cozy. After our dinner we headed back home. Our little explorer slept inside the car. It was a day to remember. Beautiful memories we will cherish forever. Our hearts are full of happiness. Thanks to my husband for everything.
There are still beautiful nearby attractions. But the day is over and we need to go home.
It was the perfect way to end our day of exploration.
This end our trip to Banská Štiavnica. Hope you like our trip.
Have a wonderful weekend everyone.
Love lots,
