Over 2,000 years ago in a land governed by self-appointed kings and queens as rulers over the people, rumblings rose through discontent of one who ruled over the entire world, and that He would send someone that would be known as their savior.
Several foretold of this savior. But some of the people refused to believe. As he grew to adulthood, the land fell into all manner of sin, ill-repute, vileness, and rejection of He would ruled the world.
Depicted as a humble person worshiped by many, fame, fortune, and riches were not the savior's goals. Homemade shrines, alters, and temples for his followers to gather he did not require. For those in need of the wisdom and guidance, He freely offered. One wouldn't look for him sitting on a throne, for He didn't profess to be a self-proclaimed king or emperor. And all were welcome to bask in his glory.
They say, from folklore that:

And,
From folklore repeated, documented worldwide, spoken in many tongues,
and translated into many languages,
We are reminded that:
of sacrifice and love
the world has ever known.
They say, from folklore that the world is nearing an anniversary. Some call it the Second Jubilee. Others call it the Reckoning. It is a date of destiny that will culminate from past and present deeds for all to answer and recompense for their salvation. However, folklore also reminds us not to expect pomp and circumstance.
Until...
They say,
Thus, the folklore will manifest itself in Truth!

My Creation Process:
For creation of the "folklore" scene, I discovered a free-sourced image that fit perfectly with my vision of an ethereal design. I also included a pure fractal I created in the advanced fractal rendering program, Apophysis 7X that resembles a star. The blue color fit nicely with the overall coloring of the scene suggesting purity of spirit.
Uploading all images into Canva, my design program, I added layers of elements for the images included in my design.

Once I completed the still version in Canva, I wanted to add animation. For the reflection, I duplicated the top portion, but decided not to add a filter for reflecting water.
Instead, I used Mosh Pro and added the SLICES filter with a diagonal view.
Below are the images I included in my design:
