I always say that words matter. I think this is true in any situation where individuals must work together to accomplish a task. That said, in doing so teamwork is important as the project itself. Members must respect each other in their professional working environment. This week's ZAPFIC Monday challenge centers around the prompt "salty" and presented the opportunity to deliver a different version of the word as it pertains to communication.

Meeting ended, Jill voiced in a scathing tone, "how can we ignore Joe's abject words?"
"They may be salty, but he's a genius. Our careers depend on the project's success.
The bigger picture people," Leo replied.
"No! I'm reporting him to HR."
