There are quite a few unwritten rules here on Hive. It takes a while for people to learn about them, and I think those unwritten rules end up making the new user experience a bit worst.

        Yeah... they work like negative surprises... Nobody expects them, and they ruin the first impressions... HIVE can be complicated in itself, but adding "unwritten" rules makes it worse...
