I have watched The Equalizer 3 yesterday, I mean 2days ago since this draft wasn't posted still.😬
I have two things learned from it.
Number 1, helping a stranger because you can. McCall is a total stranger to Dyer, to folks in Sicily but he did help because he can. May we normalize this helping, not the killing.😂
Last Saturday in Tara-tara, a kid named Kevin asked why I do what I'm doing, ah, it's because I can. Haha My answer to Kevin will remain secret. Haha Kidding aside, I did explain how fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom, making good decisions.
Tara-tara is a remote place, and it's inevitable for people to question why I have regular visit and offer to teach kids, bringing bread and noodles to share. May we really normalize helping out because we can. It may be out of hobby or intentional care, may we continue to do so until no one will question why we are being kind in this cruel world.
Number 2 would be pain compliance. Marco, Vincent's brother was in pain and thus, he obeyed what McCall told him. I forgot what meridian was it that McCall pressing in Marco's hand but let's assume it too painful that he complied.
It make me think of my own self; I'm pretty much stubborn and I do have pain tolerance but God could always allow a certain pain that it would be inevitable for me to disobey. Some pain I could just endure but there's this pain that I'm really fearful of. You're curious?
It's toothache.
Ah, those nightmares. Haha
Anyway, I just can't watch a movie without lesson, yeah?
Good day! 🫰
