It's true that the concept of respect seems to be fading in today's society.

I do not know if I should support the lady or the older woman, but I am pretty sure that the older woman should have called aside and cautioned her, instead of doing it openly, so I feel the younger woman did not like being embarrassed like that and decided to revenge.

In a world where societal norms seem to be shifting, it's up to each one of us to uphold and promote respect in our interactions with others.
