This right here is the problem. The skill issue is real. I have been told to hire fresher and train them. While this seems economic at first glance, the time constraint and the experience gap put the manager in a difficult spot. Plus, you have to review their work from scratch constantly, and it at times it turns out to be a headache and a reason for delay. rn facing the same nightmare at my workplace. fresher people pushing code and experienced people spending time troubleshooting. LOL!!.
