You're right, most people won't stop drinking it anyway even if someone ban or restrict em.. if they're aware of the consequences and knows what is fine within limits than it makes sense otherwise it's just too wrong.

        Exactly, the biggest example of this was dry law, where outlaws benefited from selling drinks illegally
