Sheila had been out of sorts these few weeks after going through her annual medical checkup. She kinda know that her condition is no good when doing some of the test to evaluate her health condition. And because of that, she was very sure that she will be waiting for a dreaded report to tell her how bad her condition is.
As days passed, the report finally was sent via snail mail to her mailbox. She opened the envelop containing the report and to her surprise, while a number of markers did showed borderline high, she was considerably generally healthy. From that gloominess, it transformed into a sigh of relief. However, it was also mentioned in the report that she also need to improve her living habits so that things can maintain or become better for her.
