Adjusting to offline school life

Hello all ,

Thanks God for wonderful day.
Today is day 789 of participation,

The weather has been improving over the past two days. Yesterday, offline schools reopened and Gurseerat also returned to school. However, it was not easy to send her back to school after a month-long break. The mornings are still chilly, and no one wants to leave the cozy quilt. Unlike in some countries, houses in India do not have default heating arrangements. Therefore, during the winter season, most people use heavy quilts to keep warm. In extreme conditions, people use heating elements or blowers to heat their rooms. Consequently, mornings are particularly tough for kids who do not want to leave their beds and often request more sleep. After a month of only attending online classes, they have completely lost the habit of going to school in person. Nevertheless, my wife managed to send Gurseerat to school.

In the afternoon, the sun made its appearance, and the kids went outside to play. Most children only come out to play when the sun is shining. Gurseerat was so eager to play that she did not finish her homework and went to play instead. When I came home from the office, I found her watching cartoons. My wife asked her to open her school books and complete her homework. However, Gurseerat was not in the mood to do so. She has a habit of making excuses whenever my wife asks her to study. Her immediate response is usually "I am feeling hungry." This happened again last evening. My wife prepared snacks for her, and only then did she start working on her assignments.

I thanks to @flaxz for the initiative.

This account belongs to my kid. She is just 5 year old and as she does not know writing so my wife (@mk992039) and me (@guurry123) are managing the account for now. We will handover the account to her when the time comes.
