I remember having some Amway products in my house as a kid and I am sure my Mom was pressured into buying it by some bored housewife friend of the family. While Amway has died down in the west it is still alive and well in South East Asia, dude. There are even offshoots of Amway that operated in the same capacity of duping sales reps into believing that they are going to get rich and become their own boss because of it. It's a shame that these companies seem to target the must vulnerable people with their false advertising because I've never met anyone that actually got rich or even actually made anything from MLM.
