I expected more sales in the early part of the presale, to be honest. As you said, people may be holding back due to economic conditions both in RL and in crypto. But if the market keeps going up like it has been, 30 days is a decently long time to have more people in a better position later than now to buy in. I'm curious how this will go to the end...
One thing that give me hope is the fact that there has not been a serious paid marketing push so far. We need to become a part of the mainstream conversation. The gameplay itself is in a good stage. We can at the very least eclipse God Unchained. The success of Hearthstone is something we can aim to replicate.
I don't think the marketing campaign will focus on mainstream public. The target will still be certain crypto communities, as far as I know and, unless something changed, it will start with the general sale.
