RE: A Day At The Hospital

That's not a fun experience at all. I hope you feel better and that your blood pressure and pain get under control! Certainly don't skip that cardiologist appointment.

Not at all, it was scary. I would like to say I do but I woke up with puffy eyes again and a small headache (not extreme) just took my two meds together and we'll see how it goes today.

I won't skip it, they should have sent me there way sooner but I could've known this with the docs here, just happy to prescribe you meds and more meds without proper follow ups. It's sad actually that even with private care you deal with this shit.

Primary care physicians should know the proper time to refer their patients to specialists. Of course, they can handle common and basic problems - that's what they're trained to do. However, once their own knowledge is exhausted, it's time to send the patient to a specialist who can handle the problem before it worsens.
