RE: Reflections on life situations./Роздуми про життєві ситуації. (En/Ua)

Hello, I’m still practicing my English; I hope to get better each time.

First, I love your photographs; they are very beautiful. Congratulations! They are very colorful, with a lot of orange, which is one of my favorite colors.

Second, I relate a lot to everything you share in your story. I also believe that my life could be written in chapters. If I had to write a book about my life, it would also have chapters: the day I knew I had to leave, when I thought I couldn’t do it and I succeeded, when my heart was broken and that helped me. In short, I believe that each of my life experiences has shaped me into the person I am.

I have been living in Argentina for 10 years. I am Venezuelan and I also wear the immigrant badge. So another chapter of my life would be the day I put on the immigrant badge.

And no matter how difficult each and every one of the experiences I’ve had has been, and even though I still deal with some decisions whose outcomes weren’t what I expected, today I can be grateful for the life I’ve had. I’m 40 years old, and I can tell you that reaching this age hasn’t been easy. I have two grown daughters, one who is 22 and another who is 20, and raising them to this age hasn’t been easy either. Without a doubt, my book would be a tragicomedy because I’ve been caught between laughter and tears. However, laughter has always allowed me to stay afloat, to be true to my ideals and my essence. It’s what has allowed me to get to this day.

I would love for you to write your book and for me to read it. Thank you so much for sharing your story.
