it has been a long time since i posted here but today i would like to share a few photos of Euthalia aconthea common baron that i took while in india.
as the name suggests these are one of the more common butterflies in our area. they vary a bit in coloration and design. this one is paler and more green than many others
while they can been found on flowers they are also attracted by fruits. they are rather fond of papaya so to attract them i put out some skin of a papaya.
