I have kind of ignored crypto prices for quite some time. However, the price of Hive is becoming quite worrisome. It feels like a slow, steady decline into nothingness. Am not all too technical so I'll leave the 'why' analysis to the crypto guys, but I will give my two cents to possible futures we are headed.
The First future does carry a bit of encouragement with it. It isn't just Hive bleeding at this point as most of the alts are crashing alongside. We can only hope that eventually down the line we get an alt rally and hive perseveres. Of course we can only hope at this point that it comes sooner than later.
A darker turn will be a complete loss of interest in the Hive project by investors, making the possibility of a rebound extremely difficult even in the face of an alt rally. I personally don't think that all projects will survive a sustained depression, so it goes down to whether the Hive project has the wherewithal to overcome this.
This platform has proven quite stubborn in the past though. In my own simplistic reasoning, I believe it is because we have quite a number of stubborn users/stakeholders who simply refuse to give in and throw in the towel.
That gives me hope
