“David? I didn't expect to see you back so soon! We thought it would at least be a few months before you got released, are you okay?”
David looked at his colleague oddly.
“What are you talking about? I'm fine…”
Liam scoffed, “You don't have to pretend around me. Your shrink came by the other day, said you were having some kind of mental health crisis and she wanted to know what was going on in your life so she could offer you the right treatment options.”
David's blood ran cold. He reached for his phone and scrolled to a picture of his stalker.
“Was this her?”
“Yeah…?” Liam was beginning to catch on by now.
“That's not my shrink. Dammit! I'm going to go call the police, in the meantime, write down everything you told her. Now!”
I would usually comment on the story somewhere in this section but I'm running out of words in my brain. It happens, I'm used to it.
