Today is Monday – the start of a new week and another busy morning for our family. Everyday, I try to prepare something special yet simple for my child’s school snacks. I always believe that homemade food made with love gives extra energy for the day. So, this morning, I decide to make something new – my very own Tuna Egg Pancake.
My husband helped me a but with preparing the ingredient. He always enjoys watching me cook, especially when I try new recipes. Though he often gets busy afterward, I still feel happy having him around during those early hours. It makes our kitchen time feel lighter and full of teamwork.
This Tuna Egg Pancake is not only delicious but also a healthy and easy to make dish, Its soft and fluffy like a hotcake, yet savory and flavorful because of the tuna. It’s the kind of meal you can prepare in just a few minutes. Perfect for busy mornings before school, I also love how it’s a creative twist to the unusual torta or omelette.
