Looks good Bozz that's the same recipe I use for my ribs too. I have not done it on the kettle but I might try since we have that same grill at the cabin. I have been spoiled with my electric smoker!

        I've thought about getting a propane or electric smoker for camping. I'm sure my wife would be annoyed by one more thing taking up space!
