Hello, I was able to open Ocean Cloud, a beautiful song, it seemed melancholic to me, the first time I heard it.

        Yes it is melancholic, or at least the first few minutes are. Progressive songs like this change a lot throughout and are not your usual verse, chorus repeat style.
