Anytime you use the term "braised beef" and "juice/jous on the side in a bowl for you to dip"....I'm IN! Good lord that looks delicious.

        I'm definitely going to have to try it myself one day. I just have a feeling I would get it all over myself, so I have to pick a time when I am going home right after!
