The last time I visited the gym and checked my weight, I weighed 70kg... Some people say going to the gym helps to reduce weight but in my case, it did not work for me.
Anytime I visit the gym for exercise, I eat like a hungry lion when I return home because of the rigorous exercise I do there which ends up making me bigger and stronger but I am not disciplined when it comes to working out, I could go to the gym for two weeks and abstain for 2 months, I still eat a lot during that 2 months away which makes me add more weight.

Recently I was on a diet, I stopped eating late-night food and also stopped eating every minute, and within 3 weeks I noticed a change in my body but I also felt weaker, I decided to visit the gym once again and I was not surprised to see that I have lost 5kg and down to 70Kg, this was something I could not achieve when I was gyming and eating.
I am a lover of food and my favorite food is fried plantain, any food made with plantain goes well in my mouth, like beans and plantain, egg, and plantain, and rice and plantain, it hurt when I later figured out that too much-fried food is not good for the body so I had to limit the way I eat my favorite food but this does not stop me completely from eating it.
My eating habit at the moment is better than in the past, there was a time when I used to drink a lot of minerals, I could drink 3 bottles of Pepsi in a day, it was later I found that I was causing damage to my internal organ and being someone who wants to live long, I easily detached from things that harm my body, the same thing I did with energy drinks when I heard it is not good for our health.

I do not like buying food outside because I do not know the water they use to cook it nor do I know if it is safe to eat, I prefer home-cooked meals because I know how and what is used to prepare them...
It is hard to keep track of a particular time to eat, I don't even care about it, I eat at any time but now I try to stay away from eating late-night food because rumor says it is the cause of fatness and based on my study, since I stop eating in the night, I usually wake up with a flat stomach so it is working lol.
As humans, we must maintain a good feeding habit if we want to be healthy, the food we eat determines the status of our health... I have reduced my intake of junk and soda.
To stay in shape, I just need to continue eating healthy and I plan to keep it up, I hope I will drop more kg in the next few weeks.
