Aren't they pretty easy to make at home? I don't know if I have ever had an egg salad sandwich, but I have had potato salad and it is basically the same thing. I actually don't eat much bread at all anymore. My wife grabs a loaf of healthier sourdough from Aldi's but we usually eat it pretty sparingly.
