Yeah, I am definitely going to look into it. I think the technology has advanced enough that it is definitely viable if I can find a reliable supplier and installer.
Actually easier than you think as the likes of Sunsynk have a list of qualified registers installers who they have trained. I am sure this is the same with any brand and you are kind of protected if you buy it directly from a registered authorized dealership.
How do I know who is an authorized dealer? There isn't any guide for that sort of thing and that is my issue.
That is quite easy to check. For instance if you went to https://www.sunsynk.org/ you can check your area for distributors who are licensed and authorized by the manufacturer. I am sure all makes/brands have the same information.
That's still the problem. I don't know which companies are reliable manufacturers and which are not, so I don't know what sites to visit to see if they have distributors near me.
Just look up solar manufacturers that have been recommended. Sunsynk is one name that is very good.
If that is the one you said before they have zero locations within 1500 miles I'd where I live!
