RE: What counts as sustainable practices in our day-to-day life?

in Ecency Supportlast year

They say, how you make your bed is how you lie on it. My friend woyld often say he can tell the state of a person's life just by how the person's house and environment is. I noticed that during that period my house was a mess with lots of load that i do not even need. In my personal life I was going through mid life crisis and everything was going south. Then I decided to arranged my house and dispose of whatever I do not need... That was the end of my mid life crisis. Truly if we take care of our environment, Life will take care of us.. An educating read, thank you for sharing. #dreemerforlife

This is interesting. There was a time when I looked as motivational speakers as bollocks who didn't have any thing to offer. I'm still very careful of who I listen to regarding life in general, but one of the important things I've learned from a Clinical Psychologist is to "Clean Up Your Room".

It sounds very simple, but the work this does when it becomes a habit goes far a wide in helping us keep our life in order.

We sure need to start paying proper attention to our environment.

Sure 🤝
